Okay, so what can we offer that is so different?
Providing your property fits our business model, we can offer to rent your property.
We will offer to take your property on a management agreement. This might sound terrifying but in fact, it puts you very much more in control. Agreements can be from 3-5 years and are renewable. During this time Market Street Properties undertakes not only to pay the rent agreed and all services but also takes responsibility for all internal repairs. Under the terms of the agreement we have no “tenant’s rights”, if we don’t pay the rent then you will be able to remove us almost immediately.
