Why work with us?
Letting a property to MSP on a 3-5 year management agreement has significant advantages to a letting agent.
Your client’s rent is guaranteed because we have our business reputation to protect and we do not have the security of tenure which an AST provides to tenants.
We will deal with all maintenance and repair and will provide you with periodic inspection reports for you to forward to your client.
Any repairs carried out will be dealt with by our contractors and any necessary CDM certification, risk assessments, and resulting warranties will be supplied to you.
We will be responsible for maintaining Gas Safety certification, which will be supplied to you as well as any renewals of EPCs, EICRs, etc.

We will visit and assess the property and if it fits our criteria, we will prepare and submit to you a draft agreement. Once that is agreed upon and signed, we are up and running.
